My sinus problem again.
Nose was running non-stop since yesterday morning.
I couldnt sleep as the nasal grows and block my breathing. >.<

Yesterday went celebrate Josephine's bday straight aft my sch.
Carrying a super heavy laptop with files and book. -.-
My arm start to feel aching when I woke up this morning.

The epidemic entered a new phase on Tuesday with more than 16 countries reporting confirmed or suspected infections. The change to a higher phase indicates that there is sustained human-to-human transmission, capable of causing community-level outbreaks.

In Singapore, a total of 17 cases have been referred for further medical assessment as of Tuesday. 16 cases have been referred to the Communicable Disease Centre (CDC) and one case was seen at Singapore General Hospital (SGH).

The three cases referred to the CDC, including the two referred on Monday, have all tested negative for Influenza A. The case seen in SGH has tested negative as well.

Most of the other new cases are Singaporeans who have recently returned from the US.

MOH said on Tuesday that all healthcare institutions in Singapore have intensified their infectious disease control measures under the heightened Yellow Alert level.

Full personal protective equipment will be donned especially in high risk areas such as the emergency department and intensive care unit of hospitals. Elective admissions will be rescheduled and visitors patients will also be cut, as well as the contact particulars of visitors will be recorded.

'These will serve to reduce unnecessary exposure, provide for surge capacity and facilitate contact tracing when the need arises', said MOH.

MOH also said hospitals will also restrict inter-hospital movement of patients and staff, except in emergencies. Polyclinics and specialist outpatient clinics are also setting up triage centres to manage symptomatic patients with a travel history to affected areas, or contact with such persons.

The public is adviced to maintain high standards of personal hygiene. Hands should be washed frequently with soap and water, especially after sneezing and coughing. Those who are unwell with respiratory illness should stay at home and wear a surgical mask if possible.

So, not much 'chicken'. lol.
Went back home ard 2.30am.
Online and friends msned me.
'So early online. No work lata?'
Well, I PROUDLY answered.
'No. I asked my sis took over me.'
And of cos I TOT i could as lata as I want.
And decided to sleep at ard 3plus am.

In the end?!

7.30am I received my sis's bf call saying my sis stomachache.
I was lyk WTF can!
Excuses and excuses!!

Never ending excuses!!!

Bath n went down. I felt as if I'm floating on the ground.
I hate my sis la!

Aft work, went lunch with them and decided to go back home,
do tutorials. I haven even start one!

Well well, I got home,
my parent and their friends, MAJONG-ing!

They took my majong table which I treated it as my study desk.
